We are here to guide you through your property transaction. Whether Selling or Purchasing a property we will review your documents / contracts with no additional charge for up to two potential transactions after this a small fee applies.

We will meet with you to explain and answer any questions you may have regarding your transaction. We will listen and advise appropriately.

Our role is to work with all parties involved in your transaction, Estate agents, Banks and the other party of your contract. We will liaise with all parties and communicate with you through the transaction. As we deal with these transactions on a daily basis we can remove the stress from you.

Auctions – If  you are intending to purchase a property through an Auction you need to be organised, this is an unconditional offer. Prior to an Auction you should have your finance organised, your Title, Building, Lim and Auction report reviewed. We are happy to review and advise on your Auction Documents to ensure you are well prepared.

We are MOBILE. We are happy to come to you and review your transaction and sign documents.
