Auctions – If  you are intending to purchase a property through an Auction you need to be organised, this is an unconditional offer. Prior to an Auction you should have your finance organised, your Title, Building, Lim and Auction report reviewed. We are happy to review and advise on your Auction Documents to ensure you are well prepared.

REFINANCE

We are here to support you in your refinancing. We work with you and your bank to ensure to stress free smooth transaction.
